Hello! Welcome to my online booking site. Below you will see all of my current availability. I try to post my availability 2-3 months in advance. Please keep in mind there is a 24 hour cancelation policy. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment please email me at rivercw.rmt@gmail.com. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be invoiced at 50% of the original booking fee. All no shows will be charged full price. If you have any questions please feel free to email me :) Thanks!!

I am not accepting any new clients at this time All appointments booked under “New Patient- Not available” will be canceled.

Please keep in mind I am only able to direct bill for Blue Cross, and Medavie Blue Cross this includes any RCMP direct billing. For all other insurances I will give you the information needed for you to self submit to your health insurance.

If your concern is acute/urgent, please email and I will do my very best to accommodate you.

Hi! If you are new here my name is River Carr-Woods. I’m a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). I graduated from VCC in Kelowna B.C. I’m very happy to be back practicing in my home town. I am passionate about creating a thorough treatment plan based on your goals to get you back in balance. My treatments focus on trigger point release, myofascial release, postural realignment and manual lymphatic drainage. l also incorporate therapeutic exercise to help with injury prevention and recovery.

When I’m not in the clinic you will most likely find me outdoors, hiking, jogging, skiing or walking with my husky Ruby!
